Cover your ASSets!
Written by Jack on January 29, 2008 – 9:41 pm
If you have worked hard for the thing you have I can not recommend the new Donald Trump book Asset Protection highly enough. This is no “do it yourself” manual you will need to use attorneys and accounts etc. to do a lot of the things in this book but it will help you learn what to do, how to do it right and of course how to do it for less.
Now would be the time to buy it as well because Trump U is pulling out all the stops to make this book a hit and push it up the Amazon Charts. Check out this offer,
Buy Asset Protection 101 and You also Get
- 3 J.J. Childers E-Books-valued at $19.95 each, these 3 e-books provide you with even more information about protecting your business and wealth, saving on taxes, and enjoying a stress-free retirement.
- 5 Special Reports-over 100 pages of extra material to help you build your wealth structure (worth $150!).

I am not sure how long they will be running this offer but if I were you I would act now. I was lucky enough to get an advanced copy of this book from Josef Katz and I can tell you I have already put some of these concepts into practice and have my attorney working on more of it for me.

Fishing for Sandbass on Joe Pool
Written by Jack on January 25, 2008 – 7:23 pmToday I went out with legendary Joe Pool Fishing Guide Howell Dodd of HD Guide Service to fish for white bass or sand bass as they are called in north Texas. Howell and I are great friends and I am really proud of him for recently joining the Big Brothers program. His new little brother Grant came along and out fished both of us. Here is a video Howell put together of the trip.

Setting up a Wordpress Blog in 30 Seconds flat
Written by Jack on January 15, 2008 – 7:48 pmYep really now it still will take some time to install cool plug ins, customize your themes and all I am just talking about going from having no blog to having a blog up running and ready to go and doing it on a hosted domain. I loathe subdomain blogs like those at yourblog.wordpress.com and figure if you can’t afford a domain name and some cheap hosting you really need to solve some other problems.
Anyway check it out all you need is cPanel based hosting with Fantastico included, then follow this video to a 30 second WordPress install then get to it and start blogging.

My Investment Property is Becomming a Vacation Home
Written by Jack on January 13, 2008 – 9:57 pmThe picture above is the view of my “back yard” in my second home up in Arkansas. For the past three years my niece and her husband were living in Hot Springs Arkansas and were renting the place from me. This was nice because effectively they were paying for my house for me!
That said while we visited often it was not like having a true vacation home. While we owned it, it was their home and we were guests when we stayed there. While they were on vacation for a week last year Dorothy and I stayed there and being there with the place to ourselves was just awesome. Hence now that my niece and her husband have moved back to Arlington Texas, I am not looking for another tenant and we will be taking many trips up to Hot Springs this year.
I am excited and since the payment is very low I have chosen just to have the place to myself.

Written by Jack on January 12, 2008 – 8:14 pmSo you are a hold out and don’t want to use Word Press for blogging or perhaps you just run a few blogger blogs for um other uses (link building) and would like to put some adSense ads on them for some additional revenue. This quick video I made quite a while ago will show you how to do it easily and blend in your ads so that they look good and get high click rates.

There are so many unknown niches to market to
Written by Jack on January 7, 2008 – 10:12 pmJust a quick post to get you thinking about how many cool niches there are to market to. Sometimes when thinking of new products and ideas it feels like everything is being exploited already and then you find something like this. I happen to be a hunter and I grew up hunting small game especially squirrels and have been thinking about spending more time up in Arkansas doing just that.
My two dogs are getting older as well (stay with me we will get to the marketing niche) and both probably have 3-4 years left at best so while it kills me to think of loosing them I have thought about our next dogs. So anyway I checked into Dogs that hunt squirrels and found that get this there are two main squirrel dogs, curs and feists.
In researching both I found the Squirrel Dog Forum and joined to learn and talk to people that owned these dogs. Now get this I am member number 13,145! So that is almost 14,000 people in the niche of “hunting squirrels with dogs”. Just think about that the next time you think everything in niche marketing has been done already.
