Cover your ASSets!

Written by Jack on January 29, 2008 – 9:41 pm

If you have worked hard for the thing you have I can not recommend the new Donald Trump book Asset Protection highly enough.  This is no “do it yourself” manual you will need to use attorneys and accounts etc. to do a lot of the things in this book but it will help you learn what to do, how to do it right and of course how to do it for less.

Now would be the time to buy it as well because Trump U is pulling out all the stops to make this book a hit and push it up the Amazon Charts.  Check out this offer,

Buy Asset Protection 101 and You also Get

  • 3  J.J. Childers E-Books-valued at $19.95 each, these 3 e-books provide you with even more information about protecting your business and wealth, saving on taxes, and enjoying a stress-free retirement.
  • 5 Special Reports-over 100 pages of extra material to help you build your wealth structure (worth $150!).
  • The Top 50 Most Overlooked Tax Deductions-this gift alone could save you thousands of dollars when April comes around again!
  • J.J.’s Asset Protection Worksheet-the master’s tool to show you where you may be vulnerable to lawsuits and how you can minimize your tax burden.
  • Asset Video - addressing specific asset protection issues, which you can view on your computer
  • 20% off - The registration fee for Trump University’s Wealth Preservation: Asset Protection Retreat featuring instructor J.J. Childers.

By the way there are still more bonuses!  To learn more visit the Asset Protection Special Offer at Trump University.  I am not sure how long they will be running this offer but if I were you I would act now.  I was lucky enough to get an advanced copy of this book from Josef Katz and I can tell you I have already put some of these concepts into practice and have my attorney working on more of it for me.

Giving pennies for Christmas

Written by Jack on December 22, 2007 – 7:43 pm

OK, well you better not and I won’t either. I like living in my nice warm home, with all my gadgets and gizmos and would prefer not to live in a tent and give away half my money. So I will be giving Dorothy a new stereo system complete with satellite radio for her truck this Christmas not pennies. Shhhhh- don’t tell her and she never reads my blog.

Yet those pennies may be worth a lot more money then you might think. Try about 2 cents piece if they are older then 1982 and if they were melted into a copper lump. For more information read this post on Investing in Copper Pennies from the Building Wealth Blog.

Great post about what a secure job is

Written by Jack on November 4, 2007 – 5:08 pm

I have been reading a new blog about building wealth by a guy that calls himself cost cutter and he did a post today called “Your Job is Not Secure” and I really liked it a lot. He brings up many good points and as I believe that a recession will be hitting us pretty hard in mid to late 2008 the time to start thinking about these things is now.

He gives ten “tips” to stay ahead when the chips are down, my favorite one was his first one,

“Never see yourself as secure in your job, have a plan B. Always know which competitor or similar company would be best for you to go work for. Cultivate relationships within said company, don’t act like you are ready to switch if you are not but be on the radar”.

Good words to live by in my opinion. If you get a chance give his blog and this post a read I have a feeling you will find it interesting.
